How it Works



Apply & get approved: Meet with the Food He.ro team to confirm fit

Interview candidates: We send you pre-screened apprentices to choose from

Hire your apprentice: Bring them on as a full-time W2 employee

Train on the job: Teach real food truck operations over the 8–12 month program

Get reimbursed: Receive up to $10,000 in wage reimbursement through WIOA
